Vibrational Frequency - Pools of Resistance

Every action, word, energetic signature is felt, seen, heard by the light fields. Whatever shadow is still lurking inside you will be exposed and you'll drift down in frequency back in the old - depending on what plain you're in within the bridge.

On this journey to your new timeline, you will shift in and out of frequency ranges and realities. It's important not to panic as it doesn't mean you are fallen - it's all just part of the clean up and maintaining your connection with source/attuning to stillness is key.

This can be very difficult as you will feel the vibrational frequency of the range you're in - often with attacks - this will hit hard if your body is prepped for the new. it will emanate fear and suffering. This might cause shaking in the body, pain, illness

and other unpleasant symptoms - trust the path and understand the lesson of what needs to be lifted out. All is temporary - you will not be held within a permanent state of fall - you must stay in stillness, bring in the updates, release what is coming up and be brought the higher planes - healing is not linear. You might shift from the new to the old in an instant - so stay calm and trust.
